3. Payment and Billing
- Payments must be made in advance via bank transfer or wallet payment.
- Services will only be activated upon successful payment confirmation.
- Renewal notices for hosting services will be sent 14 days before expiration.
4. Refund Policy
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable after the domain has been registered.
- Hosting services are non-refundable once the account is activated, with exceptions only in cases where the service cannot be delivered as agreed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information during registration and payment.

- For domain registrations, full ownership and access to the Cosmotown account will be transferred to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for domain management, including renewals and DNS settings.
7. Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations, or any activity deemed harmful to our systems or other customers.
- Upon termination, all customer data, including website content, may be permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions caused by service downtime, customer mismanagement, or third-party issues.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service period.
